With Sweet Ride, it’s safe, fun, free, and all-electric. Launch our app to create or sign in to an existing account. From there, it’s simple. Tell us where you are and where you want to go, watch a quick ad from one of our advertising partners, and your driver will promptly be deployed to your location.

RIDE WITH US IN CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA
Our current operating geography is Hershey and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. But don’t fret… we plan to add more cities as our demand increases. Within the Sweet Ride platform you will always know where you can and cannot geographically access via a defined GoogleMaps border.

IT’S A BIRD… IT’S A PLANE… IT’S A TESLA MODEL 3?
Remember, Sweet Ride is always free within the Harrisburg and Hershey, Pennsylvania region. The only thing we ask is that you, as a passenger, wait a minimum of 2 hours between rides. This frees up capacity for our fleet to efficiently serve other riders in need of the platform. If a ride is needed within that two-hour window, we will ask you for a small fare to cover the cost of the extra ride.

Take advantage of the style and comfort of the Tesla Model 3. With a seemingly endless amount of cargo and passenger space, this small sedan will get you (and a friend or two) where you need to go, on time and in style.

Also don’t forget to set and toggle your rider preferences in your user profile such as: in-car music (Hip-Hop, Electronic, R&B) or a radio station (NPR, Bloomberg Business, iHeart) as well as an ON/OFF Pilot/Passenger communication toggle switch. Luggage? No worries. Let your Pilot know in the in-app messaging system and she or he will be ready to stow your cargo upon pickup.

Pilots who opt to drive their own hybrid or all-electric vehicles must maintain the same standards and protocols as Sweet Ride Tesla Pilots.

WHO PAYS?
Fortunately for our passengers, utilizing the Sweet Ride platform is simple and pretty much completely free. Watch a quick ad within the app before submitting your ride and your Pilot will arrive to safely take you where you need to go. Our incredible advertising partners, or as we like to call them, “Heroes,” make this all possible.

Our mission of safety starts with trust. And that trust must be established from the very moment you sign up for a Sweet Ride account. Our commitment from day 1 is to be different from all of the other transportation platforms on the market by enforcing the Sweet Ride Standard. When you call, we answer. There is always somebody on the other side of the phone when you need us most whether it may be to a report a negative occurrence or worse.


TIPPING AND 5-STAR RATING SYSTEM
Once you’ve completed your ride, you will be able to rate your experience. We hope all rides end in 5-stars but in the event that your ride was less than perfection, we ask that you please rate with unbiased integrity.
